SECTION 9 — PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY

RollRest products are foldable reclining chairs designed for comfort and easy transport during outings, walks and outdoor activities.

Customers are responsible for using the product correctly and following all instructions for use and care provided with it.

For safe use:

  • Fully unfold the chair and make sure it is completely locked and stable before sitting down.
  • Place the chair on a flat, firm and stable surface before sitting down or standing up.
  • Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity stated on the product page or in the included instructions.
  • Use the safety belt, if provided, whenever the chair is occupied.
  • Keep hands and fingers away from hinges and folding parts when folding or unfolding to avoid pinching.
  • Lock the wheels, where applicable, before sitting down or standing up.
  • Do not use the chair on stairs, escalators, steep slopes, roadways or in traffic.
  • Do not use the chair as a vehicle seat or for transport inside a moving vehicle.
  • Do not stand on the chair or use it as a ladder or step.
  • Inspect the chair regularly and stop using it immediately if you notice damage, cracks, loose parts, wear or any malfunction.

Because of their age, health or mobility, some users may need assistance when using the chair. We recommend that another person assist whenever the user needs help sitting, standing or being moved. The chair should not be left unattended while occupied.

RollRest is not responsible for:

  • Improper or negligent use.
  • Use that exceeds the weight capacity or the intended purpose of the product.
  • Damage caused by impacts, falls, accidents or rough handling.
  • Damage caused by moisture, rust or prolonged exposure to rain, salt water or extreme temperatures.

SECTION 9.1 — FOLDING MECHANISM, WHEELS AND PRODUCT CARE

  • Check that the frame, hinges, wheels and safety belt are in good condition before each use.

  • Do not modify, drill, weld or attempt to repair the frame or its components by yourself.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Use beyond the stated weight capacity.
  • Impacts, falls or rough handling.
  • Exposure to water, moisture, rust or extreme conditions.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Use other than the intended purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.

If you notice any malfunction, stop using the chair immediately and contact our support team before using it again.
